Dialogues Concerning Natural Religion ****************** is a philosophical work of the Scottish philosopher David Hume wrote. Through dialogue, three fictional characters named Demea debate, Philo and Cleanthes the nature of God's existence. While all three agree that there is a God, they differ markedly from the views of the nature or attributes of God, and how, or if humanity only to come to the attention of a deity. In the dialogue, characters discuss Hume believe a number of arguments for the existence of God, and the arguments, the proponents, we can get through to know the essence of God. These topics are discussed in the design argument - for the Hume uses a house - and if there is more suffering or good in the world (argument from evil). Hume began writing dialogues in 1750 but not to meet until 1776, shortly before his death. They are based in part on Cicero's De Natura deorum. Dialogues were published posthumously in 1779, originally with neither the author nor the publisher name. - From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia. More E-Books from MobileReference - Best Books.
